Shower facilities could be improved by putting in a slide door so shower water doesn't go everywhere.Air con needs to be improved so abetting can be adjusted accordingly we arrived and it was 18.5c which was too cold, consider I am from Manchester UK I would have preferred 22c

Hospitality of the staff and the accommodative approach of staff.

Only one restaurant and no ala carte on Christmas day.

It was clean and the ambience was good. The house keeping staff and supervisor Ms. Devajani was quiet and humble.

Novotel has great value for customers and I love staying in Novotel, definitely value for money, the staff went the extra mile, I also noticed staff wishing each customer with a smile and I could feel genuine care not a fake smile, a long lost art of customer service. The staff are well coordinated if you need anything nobody says its that department check there and more importantly no misses by saying I forgot to inform. This time a staff Devajani went the extra mile to make my son's birthday extra special, very well done. I wish the hotel was near the sea shore, but a good view of sky scrapes was good too. Close proximity to matina mall was an added bonus. The king sized bed compared to Queen sized beds in other star hotels, along with the sofa is awesome especially for family stay.

The Menu on the buffet was a bit less in comparison to other star hotels but still value for money.

It was a great hospitality. Cleanliness was good.Especially thanks to Miss Devajani and Uvraj for decorating the room for the special occasion

Location

I have never seen a lobby of a star hotel with this many mosquitoes. It was difficult to spend your time at such a good lobby. Also we had issue with our air conditioning. The temperature was able to come down. Reported the same to the staff but they were unsuccessful. Such condition is able suitable at all if you have a small kid. We went out on a drive at midnight in order to comfort her. Also our bed was making creaking sound whenever we were moving. It’s shows lack of attention to details by the crew.

Staff behaviour was very worst there is no flexibility for gust example who is coming from abroad gust they didn't provide early check-in. Staff behaviour was very rude ?

The ambience starts from reception to room, the way staff greets us with a pleasant smile makes it even more cozier.The whole property is so clean and neat with a nice aroma all over the place... The staff quickly responded to our requirements

Smoking around the pool could've been avoided and it made us quite uncomfortable, I also noticed some person smoking while kids are in the poolBreakfast menu could have some Indian non veg recipes/optionsA smart tv in the room could have been better!

The restaurant is really not great. Apart from breakfast…which is decent..the other dishes need a lot of work. For the cost… hotel is very basic and doesn’t provide much.

Bad

Staff didn’t want to give us 2 single beds though it was mentioned on the description and after several requests from mu side that we meed 2 single beds. If you know it is not possible remove it from the description then Customers will not book if it is mandatory for them to have two separate beds
